Cost estimator

Recipients by country and category, at the rates in an editable table.

Quality & messaging limits

Each number's quality rating and tier, and how to move up.

Quick single send

One template to one number, or a reply inside the 24-hour window.

Error code reference

Every common WhatsApp API error in plain language.

Click-to-send (no API)

For a small opted-in list on any normal WhatsApp number. Each chat opens with the message filled in, you tap Send in WhatsApp, then press I sent it.

Click-to-send

  1. Open Tools, Click-to-send (no API), or choose it under Connect a number. On a phone it is under More.
  2. Pick a list and write the message, with fields such as {{first_name}}, and include how to stop. Keep it under 1,500 characters, because longer ones do not open reliably from a link.
  3. Click Start, then open the chat for each person. Check the message, tap Send yourself, and press I sent it, Skip or Opt out.
Nothing is sent for you and nothing runs in the background. A session takes up to 200 people, and the app warns you from 40 confirmed sends a day. Above about 50 a day, use the official API: WhatsApp restricts numbers used for bulk sending. There are no delivery reports on this route.
