How the licence works

  • One key works at a time on 1 device on Starter, 3 on Business, 10 on Agency.
  • You can move it to a different device up to 3 times a year (Deactivate on the old one first).
  • The app checks the licence online at least every 14 days.
  • Monthly and yearly licences are prepaid. Nothing renews or charges by itself: you renew from your account when you choose. Renewing keeps the same key and adds to the time you have left.
  • Need more devices? Upgrade from your account: same key, full price of the new tier, and the period restarts that day.

How the price compares with a monthly plan

Ultra Email has no fee per contact and no fee per email, and the price does not rise with your list. Hosted email platforms usually charge every month, and the bill grows as your list does. To compare fairly, take their current price for your list size over the time you plan to use it, and set that against a yearly or lifetime licence here, plus whatever your SMTP relay charges. If you send through mailboxes you already have, the relay cost can be nothing.

Monthly and yearly licences are prepaid and nothing charges by itself. If you do not renew, sending stops, but your contacts and history stay on your computer. A lifetime licence has no end date and nothing more to pay.
