Terms of service
Last updated 3 November 2026
These terms govern your use of ultraemailer.org and your purchase of Ultra Email, Ultra SMS or Ultra WhatsApp (each a "Product"), all products of Code Craft. By using the site or buying from us you agree to them. They are written to be read, not to hide things.
Who we are
Ultra Email, Ultra SMS and Ultra WhatsApp are products of Code Craft, which operates this site. In these terms, we, us and Code Craft mean the same business. Our contact details are in the footer of every page.
The licence you buy
Each Product is sold separately, with its own licence key. When you buy a licence for a Product you are buying a licence to use that software, not the copyright.
- A monthly licence runs for 31 days and a yearly licence for 366 days from purchase; a lifetime licence has no end date. Monthly and yearly licences are prepaid. Nothing renews or charges by itself: you renew from your account when you choose.
- One key works on the number of devices its tier allows: 1 device on Starter, 3 on Business, 10 on Agency. Older 2-year keys cover 2 devices and may renew on their old plan. Devices means computers and phones or tablets running the mobile apps).
- You can move a key to a different device by deactivating it on the old one first, up to 3 times a year. Ask support if you need more.
- The app checks your licence online at least every 14 days. If it cannot, sending pauses until it can.
- A key unlocks only the Product it was bought for.
- Sharing, reselling or publishing keys is prohibited and voids the licence.
- Updates and support are included while a licence is active, and on a lifetime licence for as long as we sell the Product. When a monthly or yearly licence ends, sending pauses until you renew; your data stays on your device.
- The full licence terms are in the licence agreement.
Free trials
Each Product has a free trial with every feature and no time limit, capped at a daily sending amount (Ultra Email: up to 50 emails a day; Ultra SMS: up to 25 SMS a day; Ultra WhatsApp: up to 25 messages a day). We may change a trial in future versions, but we will not remove access to your own data.
Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars or Indian rupees and the amount on the checkout page is final. Payment is taken on the secure page of the provider you choose: PayGlocal for Visa and Mastercard outside India, Razorpay for UPI, netbanking and Amex card in India, or NOWPayments for crypto. We never see or store full card numbers. Crypto payments cannot be reversed by a bank, and a refund on one is sent back as crypto or as agreed with you. A renewal keeps your tier and adds its period to the time you have left; an upgrade moves a key to a larger tier at the full price of that tier and plan, with no proration, and its period restarts that day. Prices for renewals and upgrades are those shown at the time, with advance email notice of a monthly or yearly end date. At checkout you sign an authorization by typing your full name, and we email you a signed agreement and certificate of completion when the payment is confirmed. Orders paid by manual methods are fulfilled once the payment is confirmed.
Services you pay others for
The Products send through accounts you hold with other providers, and those providers charge you directly under their own terms. We do not resell their services and are not responsible for their prices, availability or decisions:
- Ultra Email: your mailbox or email sending service (for example Gmail, Microsoft 365, Amazon SES).
- Ultra SMS: your SMS gateway (for example Twilio, Vonage, MSG91), which charges per message segment, plus any sender registration such as DLT in India or A2P 10DLC in the USA.
- Ultra WhatsApp: Meta, which charges for WhatsApp template messages, and any Business Solution Provider you choose (for example 360dialog, Twilio or Gupshup).
Refunds
Every purchase carries a 15-day money-back guarantee; see the refund policy for how to claim.
Acceptable use
You must use the Products lawfully and only to message people who agreed to hear from you. The acceptable use policy sets out what is not allowed for email, SMS and WhatsApp. We may end a licence, with a refund where the breach is not yours, if it is used to send spam.
Your data
Your contacts, campaigns and account credentials are stored on your own device, not on our servers. You are responsible for backing them up and for having a lawful basis to message your contacts. Our own handling of your personal data is described in the privacy policy.
Warranties and liability
The software is provided as is, with the care described on this site: we warrant it will perform materially as documented and will fix reported defects in supported versions. We cannot guarantee that your messages are delivered or read; that depends on your providers, your sender registration, your list and your content. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Product concerned in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data.
Trademarks
The Ultra Email, Ultra SMS, Ultra WhatsApp and Code Craft names, logos, website content and software are our intellectual property. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Ultra WhatsApp is an independent product by Code Craft and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Meta. Other provider names on this site are trademarks of their owners and are used only to say what the Products work with.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of our operating jurisdiction. Before any formal dispute, both sides agree to try good-faith resolution by email; most issues are solved in one conversation. Formal disputes go to the competent courts of our registered jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above changes when we do, and material changes are notified to account holders by email. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
