Activate your licence

1. Copy your key from the order email, the order page or My account. It looks like BW-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
2. In Ultra WhatsApp click Activate on the licence card at the bottom of the sidebar, or open the Help menu (the question mark at the top right) and choose Activate licence….
3. Paste the key and click Activate (internet needed). The trial limit of 25 messages a day is lifted straight away.

One key works on 1 device on Starter, 3 on Business and 10 on Agency (older 2-year keys: 2), computers or phones in any mix. To move it, choose Help, Licence, Deactivate on this computer on the old device, then activate on the new one; you can move a key up to three times a year. The licence is re-checked online every 12 hours and keeps working offline for up to 14 days. Monthly and yearly licences have an end date and lifetime licences do not; two days before the end date the app reminds you, and Renew keeps the same key.
